This dormitory style residence has accommodation for 35 girls. Like all our other houses all over the world, we aim to provide a welcoming, safe and harmonious place to live while you face the challenges of city life in your studies and work.
The residence is based on Catholic ideals and values. Young women between the ages of 18 and 27, single, of any creed or nationality, who are obliged to live away from home for reasons of work or study, are all welcome and are expected to abide by Centro Maria ethos.
The residence provides an atmosphere of family and friendship between the Sisters and fellow residents that helps one in its integral growth as a person through our hospitality, listening attitude, respect and personal accompaniment.

- Shared bathrooms between two single rooms, with locks for additional security

- 13 meals are provided with your stay Monday thru Saturday.
- Laundry and dryer on site
- Shared kitchen on each floor with a standard refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave
- Small room refrigerator can be brought in for a small fee.

How We Run the Residence
For the benefit of those interested in staying in our residence, there are certain guidelines we ask everyone to consider. The main ones are:
- It is important that we live together in HARMONY AND RESPECT because of the diversity of cultures, creed, languages and customs.
- Interesting activities are offered in the residence and participation is encouraged to gain new friends, live in a friendly and family atmosphere and likewise to develop your talents and share them with others. We strongly discourage solitary and antisocial behavior. If you prefer to be isolated and alone, RMI is not the place for you.

Fees for Long Term Stay Residents:
Weekly Rate for a single room with a shared bathroom is $230.00, any additional night is 35$. (Approximately 920$ per month for room and most meals)
